Barker Ranch
Marjorie may or may not have become impregnated by Jack or by a spirit that was released by Jack in his ritual. If she did become pregnant, Marjorie may or may not have aborted the child in a fit of mania or, as some have said, a fit of conscience. However, we have it from a reliable source that Marjorie did, in fact, become pregnant (although the father/source is unclear) and did, in fact, go to term and have the child in a remote getaway in the Mojave Desert. She did so at a remote ranch known as The Barker Ranch. As mentioned previously, the name may ring a bell due to its association with the infamous Manson Family. You might not know why Marjorie was in the Mojave, what she did while there, what the Manson family was doing at the same ranch years later, and how the two stories are related, and you might even say, intertwined.
So, let us explain why both groups, Marjorie's "Children" or The New M ∴ L ∴ and the Manson family, were at that particular spot.
